G Thomson Engineering Ltd, formally known as Thomson Engineering was established in 2006.  We started of specialising in Waddell Pie Shell Machines but have expanded to maintaining and repair of all bakery machines.

We offer maintenance contracts as well as on call repairs.

We are based in Cumbernauld and cover the whole of Scotland and North of England, although business has recently taken us to America and Spain.

We are experienced in pie shell machines, spiral mixers, planetary mixers, dough brakes, ovens, pastry plants, roll plants, bread plants and well known products include; Waddell, Hobart, Escher, Oddy, Rondo, Chandley, Konig and many more.
